Why do you hate yourself? Are you judging yourself on lies that were told to you years ago?  Are you brow-beating yourself due to a few mistakes made in the present? Aren't you allowed to make mistakes? Why do you hate yourself? I guess I'm not 'caught up' on your reasons.  I apologize for that.
Can you give me a condensed version so you don't have to retype the whole thing all over again? LOL
