Wow...I know just how you feel. That's one of the many traps of depression that we can get stuck in...For me, I force myself to do one thing that I can accomplish where I can physically see the result. Whether it is doing the dishes, cleaning something up, or cutting the grass, I get up and do it. When I do that one thing, I build on it and then do another thing.
It is certainly not easy to do, but I have to look at it from the perspective of liking feeling good more than tolerating depression. Hope that's helpful.
