There are many ways to try and communicate with your others. If you can be alone, speaking out loud might be the easiest... talk like you would if "just wishing" out loud ... journaling your request and asking for why there might be a problem with what you want... or even IF there is another who can do this for you... one way to tell your brain what you wish is to make it the last thing you think about before falling asleep... saying I want to... Hope you find something that works for you!
