How are you now? Are you ok? No broken bones etc? Do you have someone that can help you and calm you down?

I understand that you are very upset by this, do you have a therapist that can help you work through this? There must be more to your son's anger than just you revealing how he commited a crime. It sounds like your son needs help as well and has a strong anger issue of somekind that is more than just about you talking about his crime.

Some people do their best with their children and they can still have issues with themselves that make them angry and resentful.
