I'm feeling kinda better today (in my head) around 7 pm I was in the smoking room and got a sharp sudden pain in My lower part of my Spinal Cord and I got some MSIR for pain relief. it also gave me a nice sleep but to be honest I still have a little pain. it was nice to sleep just dreamless! I dont take that morphine unless I'm really in bad pain but it worked for other things too I wish there was a med that gave me that affect doesnt seem to be
probally when I go back to sleep in about an hour.
but today all I did is read and hang out some and then sleep earlier, feeling ok (suprising) I do remember that I was being kinda mean to this one peron,everyone is She is very inconsiderite of others.Tonite I told her off it made me feel badly but so do when she's manipulating others. I just lost my patatiats with her I don't like being called a nut job either it felt good to stand up for myself.
