I'm sorry you're feeling so bad about yourself. I can understand it. It's so hard not to internalise negative messages and responses from others.
Try not to automatically internalise them though (I've done the same and still struggle).
You don't want to give people who send out these messages such power! It's extremely hard to resist them, but you can gradually get there.
We try together, Fuzzy, okay? I need to work on exactly this as well.
