It's actually a good idea Open Eyes .. but i don't feel comfortable around children or guys my age .. i feel a bit safe and comfortable while talking to " some " old people who are my parents' age .. the funny thing is i feel so nervous when i try to read out loud even while being alone .. i don't really know what's going on inside my brain exactly .. i am not on meds now but i went to doctors and medicine had no effect on me .. what makes me sad is i know that the only way to overcome is to face my fear but i am too scared to even try ..
