Hi lit fuse! It's difficult to tell others these things, but its completely up to you. Tell who you feel safe telling and who NEEDS to know, you don't have to tell everyone. If you can get through your work day just fine, no need to tell your employers. You don't have to tell every friend, and you definately don't have to share every detail. Just share what you feel comfortable sharing to those you can trust. They don't HAVE to know and it's completely up to you if you want to let them in or not.
