I decided, after being cut off from my pdoc, with no meds (my decision mostly as I don't like chemicals in meds), I decided to try to balance my mood by healthy living hopefully.
So I'm curious, I've dabbled with google on mood foods but does anyone here know good foods to help anxiety, depression, nerves, irritability, energy etc? I'm trying the natural way, no chemicals not even the herbal vitamins. Any advice?
