It is sooo hot where I am it's been High 80's and 90 and humid for the last weeks, so I can't walk good idea though, thank you.

and lol I don't have a dog if I did I guess I'd have to walk (him).

I'm bored for so many reasons, no interest in anything except tv and food- very bad. I know moderation.

I was always so busy with my kids for the last 20 years and now that they are older and don't need me, other than for food and rides, I don't know what to do with myself.

Also I think it's the depression, they say you lose interest in things, I feel like I have lost interest in life but not suicidal in any way.

I don't know, everything seems like too much work so I don't bother.

I need to get out of this directionless existence
