Hi,
I am also new to the site. I am newly diagnosed in my 40's with ADD. I am looking for additional coping mechanisms to use as well as the medication. I feel now with the medication I will be able to put my mind into organizing my life and my home, but I need some serious education. My depression, anxiety and ADD have created a lot of difficulties for my child, my husband and myself. I hope to start sorting things out by reading these posts, other internet sites, and working with my therapist. I definitely need my therapist as I think the right outside input is invaluable when you have an illness that affects your mind and therefore your thinking, perceptions, feelings etc.
Good luck to you and your family and congratulations on the pregnancy.
