I have two cups in the morning, usually im pretty good feeling in the morning. Its just about 2-3 hours after im up that i get really tired. Maybe i should wait till i start getting tired to drink it. I think its more out of habit that i drink it, and it tastes really good.
After that i switch to coke or Pepsi, but i don't ever feel anything off of the caffeine. Unless it builds up in my system all day and starts kicking in at nite so i can't sleep, idk
I thought i read some where that people with add/adhd if they have caffeine it could slow them down. Like reverse affects.
Does anyone know if that's True?
