I'm off my medication and feel all over the place and better. It's confusing and I'm adjusting.
Moving around the world is rarely a bad thing! It's an experience that you can't get without just going! I've moved to another continent and a country where I didn't speak the language on a whim and without money and boy was I advised otherwise and they were wrong! Generally, people are inclined to stay where they're familiar, it's instincts many have so, they're afraid to do something unpredictable. Doesn't mean your sick!
Doctors don't know everything. In fact, they really don't know that much when you think about it. They're trained in this one worldview where behavior is medicalized and don't question it. If they did, they wouldn't stay in the medical industry. Why do we trust experts? If a doctor says you have bipolar....it means he has a take on things that you need to question!!!!
Then, blah, blah, blah what if your manic? So what! You won't necessarily become depressed.
Enjoy Italy!
