I would do some reading in subjects that do interest you; biography, self-help, etc. and see if you cannot come up with a larger-than-school plan for 2-3 years down the road. If you can look at that and realize that the schoolwork is just part of that (all careers and interests have boring parts but just because they are boring/tedious does not mean they are BS or busywork) that might help.

Or, take each course you are taking and design it yourself to meet your requirements; how fast can you get the assignments done, how well can you "twist" the assignments so they are interesting and challenging to you (I once spent an entire weekend writing a 5-page paper in verse! I didn't forget those principles, come the test :-)
