EJ what kind of hurt? ache? sharp? is it an epsom salts soak kinda thing? or, I have a problem with the top of my right foot where I dropped a log on it 25 years ago.... nothing really helped till I just found a chapstick-like dispenser of stuff called : HOT HEMP MUSCLE RUB Analgesic Balm and about 5 minutes after I apply it, the sharp pain goes away.
