We can’t diagnose or say what you’re experiencing is symptoms of ….. However we can relate and share in some ways understanding and advice to events, feelings and emotions similar to other PC user’s. We can give examples or advice to how things impacts us and how we got through them or are working on them to offer support to other PC user’s threads and post. However I am not the best users for offering support or sound advice. So please take my response in a light hearted way.

My response to your thread would be from my personal experience (please bare this in mind as this may not be how things are for you or this may not be helpful for you) that there is a deeper underlining issue to your feelings. Sometimes this can lead to us reacting in extreme ways to things that don’t require that much of a reaction. What’s going on here is when we have these hidden or unknown thoughts, feelings lock away in our minds, when simple things make us react. Instead of how you may have reacted if you didn’t have that weight from those thoughts feelings lock away. In that case you would have reacted maybe in a less way, which is an expected way to react to those triggers. However in this case you over react because this is when these hidden thoughts, feelings take over and get released in some sense.

The only way I can sort of describe it is metaphorically, just imagine (you or another person) may never get colds but one year you catch a throat infection this then leads to your immune system to be focusing on healing and fixing your throat. Which in result of that then leads to you catching a cold and all together this then leads to feeling worse or you having a worse reaction. Something when things like this happen they can’t be helped in some moments. This is the same, in some respects, with our minds. We have loads of things going on in our minds, body anyway. Although unknown to us there are more thoughts and feelings going on throughout our minds and body. That we may not think out right in our minds or are not necessarily aware of but we then see the reaction to. This is your body’s way of showing you that there are some things needed to be worked on or processed through. Most people work through the causes and how to better this dealing with or working through this with a T or therapy of some sort. This helps many people but sometimes this can also be hard and confusing processes within itself.

Like I said this is only my take on this. I am no way saying this is how things are for you or why this is happening to you. There can be many other reasons as to why you are experiencing this. But maybe I can give you another view point on this for you. I am sorry if this wasn’t helpful or the support you were looking for. I hope you can feel at easy once again soon and I wish you all the best
