I am having strong urges right now to SI. I've been pretty depressed lately but today I was very depressed. The only thing I can think that may have caused it was that my schedule changed for today because a plumber came to the house this morning. I had to stay home from work this morning to let him in. I didn't get to work until 11:30. Changes in my schedule usually negatively affects my mood. I think my urges right now are due to my very depressed mood. I can't stand this depression anymore.
