But with HelloAnxiety mention that this is now recent (which Could still fit into what Mindinpieces mentions as well) but I have to wonder as well this-- has something has changed recently? Life event happened Or even diet/ in taking something that you usually would not?
It can be surprising what we eat or take can effect our mood balance as well...
In school, more projects going on then usual? At work, some changes going on? At home --
It is good a thing to sit down and think on some of these things, including what Mindinpieces has mentioned, it took me years to "realize" that with what some of things i do and feel is due to past underlining issues that started a long time ago.
