I have these times a lot lately. I have been relying on the support that I receive from PC. One person, whimsygirl, often reminds me to keep the Serenity Prayer in mind. I have also found help from corresponding anonymously with the Samaritans

When it feels really chaotic, I try to focus, as best I can, on one simple thing that I can accomplish. That can be tough, especially in the throes of a depressive episode. I think sometimes that depression can be a bit like ADD because you just can't concentrate on anything...anyway, I am picking one thing today and being sure that I get it done. Then I try to let everything else work out.
