2) Define "outrageous" ... manual wheelchairs (well besides mine now, it comes in one colour, titanium silver-gray because it is titanium) usually have the option of a few colours. It adds personality. So its good. But if its things with little purpose or can impair the functionality of the wheelchair, then nope. Did I even come close to answering your question?
