SOrry to hear about your state right now, and hopefully it has already gone away. I have some very severe depressive episodes myself, and I've been looking for the miracle treatment to help me bounce out of them... One thing I've found kind of helps subside the hopeless or frustrated feelings.
I go outside, make sure noones around. (Sometimes I stay inside if it's easier) And I scream. I belt out a chesty, loud, impressive yell. Arms out, head back, eyes closed, full-out primal roar. It relieves some of the tension, and helps me to clear my head. May not work as well for everyone, but thought I'd at least suggest it, because it's very simple.
