ive realized just how much im unable to deal with reality. like he outside world. im not really talking about stress. but the everyday or minor/major stuff/events that happen to just about everyone...idk how how to deal with it and when time comes i literally cannot deal mentally with it.

stuff like jobs..jury duty..school..dealing with the law...dealing with making friends...people my age..bosses...my disability stuff...even doctors of any kind...making appts for stuff...shopping for clothes even food i get SO confused over the process of how do i pay...i get nervous to the point where ill starve because i get scared and confused...ETC...i just cant do it man...

is this me? is thisy illness?
i just cant do stuff cognitiely or something idk man
