T said we wouldn't process trauma today because she's going out of town and doesn't want me in a bad state and not able to reach her. :/
I know she did that from a caring place, but it did end up putting me in a bad state because I was all prepared to deal with it and now i have to hold on to it for a long time. *sigh* I couldn't even tell her - i just shut down. Poor T's wrong no matter how they try it
