I do that too. The world could be falling apart but everythings fine that day in therapy. I think she knows better though since I've done a little head banging in front of her and she keeps suggesting groups. I can't help it, she anchors my world. Maybe take notes on how you're feeling daily and hand it to her at your sessions. I still have stuff I should bring up but never think of that day. Did you mention punching yourself by the way? Don't mean to be an annoying pain in the ***, maybe I am though.
