Well gee -- it was your first 4th without her. She sounds like she was a firecracker in her own right.

I didn't expect my reaction at all. I think I was just reacting to memories of past get togethers with people. I am so miserable in rural Kansas. I don't connect with the people here, and just can't hubby to even consider moving anywhere else.
