Hey blue mountains

I was sent by my GP, yes. It was following a dark depression. I just don't see how I have this ''illness'' if I haven't done anything completely wild already that would make me sectionable. I think the key word is insight. If I am well enough to recognise these things, how can I be sick? How's you? x
