Good luck with your BP (and others) journey. Like Clive suggested I really would recommend seeing a (good!) pdoc to diagnose you "properly" but then where to find one... I have one here in Australia but that might be to far to travel!!!! Seriously though, a good pdoc is worth alot, they can be your ally in dealing with a difficult problem.
