Why not major in Science and Minor in Art? Or the other way around? That way you could keep two of your greatest "passions" in the works, and later on you CAN switch your major if you want.
It's NOT unusual for students to not know what they want to do, just like you said. And it's not unusual for students to switch majors either. So you're not alone.
You're going thru a very difficult time in your life. I would NEVER go back to being a teenager if you PAID me. That was the most difficult time in my life, and to me it was horrible! It was depressing, it was confusing, and it was uncertain.
Going to private schools had to be very difficult as it does NOT prepare you for " real" life. It shelters you too much, and it makes it hard to get into mainstream life. Than all of a sudden you're thrown into a larger college, and it seems HUGE conpared to what you're used to. LOL
When you get to college, talk with the counselors there. They will be glad to help you and also talk to you about more personal things. They are there to help you thru ANYTHING you wish to talk about. So don't hesitate to talk to them. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee
