Nicole, I've soooo been there and it sucks. Please remember that somehow these feelings always do pass. Think about other times that you've felt this way and then the feelings went away--focus on this part.
Could you please contact your T or a friend or a crisis line, if this feels comfortable to you? Please try to change your surroundings--if you're inside go outside, take a shower, anything to change.
