Unlike the antidepressants, stimulant meds work immediately for ADD, so they don't necessarily have to be taken every day.
I take them for 2-3 days, then go off for 2-3 days, etc., sort of as needed.
I have not had to increase at all and in fact have decreased doseage.
They do work quite effectively.
