If your abusers told you that you are not likeable and disgusting it carries on into adulthood. I was told this and believed well this must be true!............NOPE!

Look at it as an 'old tape' that plays from time to time. It's not true. The old tape is WRONG!

Lucy certainly didn't do anything wrong!.......and she's definately not the one that was disgusting.

Ps. Lucy is also allowed to feel cross about the way she was treated, and needs lots of cuddles too.
