i guess the best i can think of is u didn't become depressed overnight, it probly cumulated over quite some time. So it'll take a while to undo it as well...take it as a good sign that u can that least see there is positive stuff happening as well - depression isn't an illness that allows people to see the positive side of things, so u must be doing something right! if u wanna talk about what's worrying u feel free to pm me
