I don't think there is really a thing as too many goals as long as they currently interfere with your functioning and are all relevant to improving your life, functioning, and well-being. I think that if a person was to need 20 goals to help them become a completely functioning and happy person, then so be it. I don't think they are vague at all. To me they seem reasonable. You or T and yourself may look at the goals to look for characteristics that would make it more specific, like what is a "controlled response to conflict" or what does it mean to "be able to function" or how to "snap out of moods". I think it is a good idea to have goals, so a person will know when they have accomplished something and will feel like therapy is going somewhere. Great Job!
