I notice that when I am feeling depressed I either cannot sleep at all, or else I sleep too much. I haven't had this problem too much lately, although having a lot on my mind causes me to wake up periodically throughout the night. I hope your sleeping gets back on track! Sleep aids can help, but it's better to get to the root of the depression also, and treat that. Everything else will just fall back into place.
