Yes James! Exactly that. I'm hoping to gently add it to the existing pile. Figured out the anger tho... I'm angry bcoz society doesn't accommodate MY reality... I'm NOT allowed to have random outburst, I'm NOT allowed to cry for days on end, I'm NOT allowed to hide in my room until its over either. Other people aren't denied experiencing their emotions, they're not even aware of their right to. But we can't... We have no right to our feelings coz its too dang large to fit into 1 room and somebody might get squashed by it.
