Oh sweetie I know -- when my Mom died I felt the same way. My Mom and I didn't always have the best relationship, but in a crisis she was always there.
I know you miss her. Since I've lost both parents, I feel like an orphan. Can you believe that at MY age??
You are NEVER too old to need your parents. I know you need your MOM. You will think of a million things you want to ask her or tell her. You will go to the phone to call her, and then remember she's not there. I can't think of the number of times I've done that. Mom has been gone for 9 years now, and I STILL have things I want to tell & ask her. It just never stops.
Thankfully the pain DOES ease, sweetie. I know it's pretty bad right now. You're still mourning -- but it will ease, and the good memories will replace the pain. Just know that you're in my prayers. Anytime you feel like talking, just message me. I know how you feel. God bless. Hugs, Lee
