...I was recently DX ADHD/Bipolar... My pdoc put me on Vyvanse30ml and Cymbalta30ml...I felt great at first taking the Vyvanse...Then my pdoc upped my Cymbalta to 60ml and I noticed that the Vyvanse wasn't as effective...I'll see my pdoc on Thursday and I'll mention this and I'm sure she will increase my Vyvanse dose...In your case maybe your dose is to low and needs to be adjusted...Call your pdoc sap...Good luck and don't give up...
