Going back down, have gotten the days and nights backwards again-sleep in the early am after the sun rises and am awake all night. Nauseated nearly all the time-not sure if it is because I ran out of my snythyroid or from anxiety. The refill is waiting for me, I just couldn't leave to go pick it up. I don't know why it is so hard to leave, once I'm beyond the door I'm usually OK, it's getting past the front door. living on canned and frozen food and still...crazy. My T tells me no I'm not. The shooting have really done a number, then this morning, here where I live some guy shot 4 people downtown, two couples, no reason known. I've not turned on the TV or the computer since hearing about Colorado, thought today it would be better. First thing I see and hear cops and ambulances downtown.... I want to crawl into a padded room, but I get the keys, the windows only look out.
