Therapy surely wouldn't hurt as you would learn some coping SKILLS. Then you could use them throughout the rest of your lifetime. That's the beauty of therapy. It's not just for the issue at hand. It's for anything that could come up for the rest of your life. You learn skills of coping and handling issues & emotions.

I would definitely try therapy so you're not spending the rest of your life stuffing your emotions and hiding from life the rest of your days. God bless and take care! Hugs, Lee
