Sounds like you need to see an MD / proctologist. what is your diet like? with this problem you need to drink a lot of water and eat high fiber foods like oatmeal, beans, whole grain breads, etc. you want to avoid foods that could add to the problem including spicey foods (yup, they're spicey when they leave the body too) and foods with no fiber that cause constipation.

It sounds like the problem may not be hemorroids at all but a rectal yeast infection. Or, it could be a combination of both. Please note that if it's a yeast infection that any ointment will just make it worse. The area will need to be kept as dry as possible and that will mean wearing panties that are loose and of a fabric that does not keep moisture in. In fact, you may want to do away with tight panties for a few days and see if that helps. If it's a yeast infection, do not wash the area with anything but water as soap will kill the good bacteria needed to return the area to normal. Still, I think it's best to see an MD and get a proper diagnosis. All the best to you.
