I doubt your T would come out and ask you to pay more, but if he/she is giving you a reduced rate, there is a possibility some resentment counter transference could occur with T.
I would think that the pressure of not telling could impact your therapy cuz you might start censoring and always worrying about mentioning certain details. Also, this is a happy thing to share, I would imagine. Exciting!
Is there any part of you that wants to pay T more? Or thinks you should?
