I'm not a big fan of pills either. Wellbutrin caused tinnitus in me; lexapro worked once but then caused panic the second time around. Trying cymbalta now with some success. Yeah, I think we all hate pills, but I think that for now I am better off with them than without. Good luck to you. By the way, the first two weeks off of Wellbutrin were actually worse than the depression itself. I was crying at the drop of a hat (actually, any thought or word did it). That was withdrawal from that medication for certain. Now I'm feeling quite a bit better. I do wish you well. August 8 is not too far in the future.
