I had drug induced psychosis from cocaine. I kept using afterward though and even while on meds. I'm just really ****ed up now. Not permanent psychosis or anything just extremely sensitive. Like I'm not even suppose to drink alcohol but I still do. I flip out really easy and have bizarre beliefs, but nothing too out there. It's not damaging anymore.
I really think you'll be fine. Same as borntoroam. Just know that being off meds is going to be difficult because they ****ed up your brain. I almost killed myself when I stopped my meds. It's a side effect of stopping. All I'm trying to say is, don't assume any side effects you get has anything to do with an illness you have. You have to let your brain heal.
