Do you want us to do ones for ourselves as examples?
Like I know for me:
I have to keep my emotions shut down in session because if they come out I will feel a loss of control.
I have to talk to my mother because if I don't that makes me a "bad kid".
I have to put on a mask with my friends because no one likes me when I'm not emotionally carrying the group.
I have to push you away when you get too close because I'm deathly afraid if I let you in you will leave me high and dry.
I have to only talk about surface emotions because if we go any deeper I worry you'll not be able to help me.
