I had to see my pdoc after I picked up the book. I took the pre-assessment test while waiting on her. Things appear a bit troublesome!! But pdoc was impressed that I was trying to work on this. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow and can give some good input. Let me know your thoughts. Have a good evening.

I think discussing the book on this thread would be great!
I showed this book to my T a few months ago and started it but I think it would be helpful to have someone to discuss it with who's actually doing the exercises.
I should also say that if at any point the exercises are too much or overwhelming then I think it's important (not a requirement) to discuss this with a therapist.
I'm in therapy for trauma CPTSD but of course food is my 'drug' so I'm trying to proactive.
