When it comes time for a review, you should tell them the truth about any changes in your diagnosis or condition. They would get the information anyway. A change in diagnosis from s/a to S is unlikely to make any difference in terms of what kind of benefits you receive. They don't base it so much on your particular diagnosis as much as on the history of your ability to work.
