Good job on getting in the exercise. I've never heard of exercise being able to make someone hypo, though it certainly has helped me when I have been in a depressed state. I guess anything is possible. I certainly understand why it concerns you since you had that experience when you were on Wellbutrin. I would think about keeping a log of what you're doing and review it with your T or P-doc. Sometimes having our moods and activity written out gives us (or them) a clearer picture of whether things are getting out of hand or not. ++
