Cavi how do you feel after doing that?
Not sure but from memory (which is often unreliable) I thought you'd been working together for years along with the difficult friendship issue; so I'd imagine to drop it cold like this would be difficult ... if you don't plan on seeing someone else; do you have a plan to get through the next weeks, months etc ahead as far as other support?
I'm glad you realised it was unhealthy for you, just concerned about such a big leap from where you were to where you are and how you are with it; please keep posting here and reaching out as and if you need ok?
