For me my sober date is 11/09/1990. first is the drugs and alcohol do not run my life. Second I was able to enter into college and gain a degree. third I have a family the respect me which includes 3 step children all grown now. All this I would not have been able to do. I keep the using of the mind altering substance in my mind to remember what I was like before AA/NA
