Some clarity has came with what I struggle with inside myself; i literally feel a bit of a release with in--- I wrote it down here just a little bit go at PC- I am open to suggestions/thoughts- it is in coping with emotions, expressing anger in a healthy way but it has more than anger in with it-- any who-- it is a good think - today I thought deeply on things-- after of course getting quiet angry but still-- i feel better now.
